This course builds on everything taught in our Manners 101 course and amps up the demand for behavioral excellence! All while employing our signature upbeat, encouraging reward-based methods!

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel training with us at any time, however please be aware that a cancellation fee of 30% will apply if you cancel anytime on or before the first week of class. (The 30% fee will be deducted from your refund for the course.) Cancellations taking place after the first week of class will be subject to a 50% prorated cancellation fee. (The 50% fee will be deducted from your prorated refund for the course.) By purchasing this course, you agree to these terms.
